Northeast Health Partners (NHP) is the Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) responsible for improving the health and wellness of our community members in the Northeast region of the state (Region 2). Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health plan that integrates physical and behavioral health care in a way that improves the the quality of life for members by ensuring they are connected to health care supports every step of the way. We proudly serve the following counties: Cheyenne, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld & Yuma.

NHP Staff Highlight: Meet Our Population Health Program Coordinator

Alee LaCalamito

Alee is an east coast native turned CO transplant. She grew up in Connecticut and spent time living in Virginia, DC, and North Carolina before settling here in Colorado. She holds an undergrad degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Public Health, and loves utilizing both lenses in her daily work. Alee has been with NHP for 2.5 years and is passionate about helping our members achieve equitable, successful health outcomes. For fun she loves to travel, ride her ATV, play pickup basketball games, snowboard, or just relax by the pool. Alee got engaged in August so much of her free time now though will be dedicated to wedding planning with her fiancé.

Fun Fact: Alee has three sets of twin nephews, and all six boys are under the age of 5! To say they keep everyone in her family on their toes is an understatement!
