Northeast Health Partners (NHP) is the Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) responsible for improving the health and wellness of our community members in the Northeast region of the state (Region 2). Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health plan that integrates physical and behavioral health care in a way that improves the the quality of life for members by ensuring they are connected to health care supports every step of the way. We proudly serve the following counties: Cheyenne, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld & Yuma.

March Is National Kidney Month

The Housing Navigation Center's Cold Weather Shelter is open seven days a week for ages 18 and up, with both a day and overnight shelter.

NHP Staff Highlight: Meet Our Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Brian Robertson, COO

Born and raised in the Dallas area, Dr. Brian is a true-blood Texan who has been in Colorado and with NHP since early 2021. He has three degrees, two certifications, and a love of solving complicated problems. He joined NHP as the Director of Quality and has been leading operations for NHP since the summer of 2022. In his spare time, he enjoys wood-turning, fishing, and driving Jeep trails in the Colorado mountains. Married since 2004, he has a son and a daughter with a service dog.

Fun Fact: Dr. Brian never saw more than a few inches of snow every few years before relocating to Colorado. In his first few months, he shoveled snow for the first time, saw temperatures reach below zero for the first time and experienced his first blizzard (all while living in a camper).
