Josh Watts - Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Football
There are some people just born to coach and we hear that our October Dick's Sporting Goods Volunteer of the Month, Josh Watts, fits the bill. Serving as a mentor for athletes in baseball, softball, basketball and football, he has a talent for making every player feel special. We are fortunate to have him in our programs.

Justin Burtner - Soccer
When we say our November Dick's Sporting Goods Volunteer of the Month, Justin Burtner, has been instrumental in growing our soccer ref program, this would be an understatement. A parent who nominated him said, "One of my kids was struggling with confidence and was really scared about being a center ref. He convinced him that he was able to do it, and it worked. Justin is nice, kind, respectful and friendly. He's like one of our family members."
