Stepping Up To The Plate
It's National Volunteer Week and you deserve to be celebrated.
Watch this 2-minute video as we say, THANK YOU! In one year, you've helped us host nearly 25,000 events, in 32 different places, while sharing your passions with over 11,000 youth in our city. That's quite an impact.
A Note From The Executive Director
We are wrapping up another successful National Volunteer Week. A BIG THANK YOU to all of our volunteers in our programs because we could not do it without you. No matter the amount of time or size of the task, every minute of volunteerism is greatly appreciated.

Corey Frost - Softball
Sometimes coaches don't even know the impact they have on our kids. Congratulations to our February Dick's Sporting Goods Volunteer of the Month, Corey Frost, who made a big impact on a softball player, taking her under his wing, unknowingly, during a difficult time. The parent who nominated him said, "he (and the rest of her team) brought back that smile I missed so much." Go Corey!
Jeremy Budreau - Softball
Our March Dick's Sporting Goods Volunteer of the Month is the epitome of a servant leader. Jeremy spends countless hours at Olio fields getting the proper equipment in place and manages the high school workers who turn over the fields after games. He led the charge on getting new fencing at the Fall Creek Intermediate fields and he even helped make sure to support opening day last weekend while fitting in a baseball practice for his son and juggling his regular volunteer duties. Wow!
