It’s only August but I bet you’re like me and feel like enough has happened in 2020 for three years to have already passed. It’s been a tough year for a multitude of different reasons, but I am so glad to say that fall sports are officially underway for Mudsock Youth Athletics.

The kick off Jamboree was a success and play has begun for 50 teams at Mudsock Fields.
We appreciate your efforts in continuing to follow our safety procedures and arrive to the field only 15 minutes prior to your game. All spectators and coaches should be wearing a mask. Thank you for helping us keep the environment positive and being respectful of all teams, players and referees.

Play has begun at Cyntheanne and Cumberland Park for over 75 teams in Pre-K - 8th grade. We were thrilled to register a record number of athletes in the 7th/8th division for our new, Rec Plus Program, which gives separate boys and girls teams an opportunity to play other local teams outside the league.
Thank you for continuing to sit in the designated circles and x's for spectators and respecting our social distancing guidelines. Let's help the kids have fun, grow and develop as players this season!

The fall recreational baseball season is underway with play on Sundays for 49 teams at Billericay Park.
2021 Fishers Express Travel Tryouts began on 8/17 and run through 8/26. Specific information for each division can be found here. 7U tryouts will be held in December/January.

Each athlete received a new uniform this year to reflect our updated brand. The kick off Jamboree and picture day was a success and practices are underway at Holland Park with games at Mudsock Fields. We are excited to have 19 squads cheering for 4th-6th grade tackle football teams. Congratulations to the 16 girls who made our Travel Knights Cheer Team, which supports our Knights Football Program.

The fall recreational softball season is underway with play on Sundays at Olio Fields for 18 teams.
Save-the-Date: Tryouts for All-Star Showcase teams are 9/16 at Olio Fields and call backs will be 9/17. Coaching applications for All-Star Showcase teams are due to [email protected]
by 9/8.
Congratulations to our athletes who were selected for the Cats Travel Program.
We will continue offering $10 hitting, pitching and catching lessons at our indoor facility as well as open gym time.

The modified season kicks off on 9/5 at Riverside Park and registration remains open for athletes in 1st grade through high school here. Older athletes are encouraged to participate in their school's program and extend their season with us.
Please note we will be following all Return to Play and COVID safety guidelines.

Seasoned and new athletes in 1st - 11th grade began play this week at Holland Park. Now in our 2nd season, we look forward to continuing to grow the sport in Indiana offering opportunities to compete at advanced and beginner levels.

Register now for play offered for boys and girls in 1st and 2nd grade. Athletes will be taught beginner skills in a stations-based format on Sundays from 9/13 to 10/11.
UPDATE: The Lacrosse Try IT Day which was scheduled on 8/30, has been postponed. We will reschedule this fun opportunity for a date closer to the start of our spring season!

Fishers and HSE travel tryouts for girls in 3rd – 6th grade will be held the week of September 14th. Dates and locations will be announced soon along with registration information. Play will begin in October for the IYBL Fall League.

Kim Davison, our June Dick's Sporting Goods Volunteer of the month, steps up in a big way having served as the treasurer, scheduler and now president
of the girls volleyball league. Her knowledge and leadership is off the charts and she’s a true team player and game tear downer extraordinaire. You Rock, Kim!

Andrea Weckbaugh - Cheer
We are jumping for joy for our July Dick's Sporting Goods Volunteer of the month, Andrea Weckbaugh. As a valuable, and always positive, part of the Mudsock Youth Cheer program for eight years, she juggles tasks for both cheer and football along with serving as head coach for Knights Cheer.
