Individual Taxes are Due
May 17, 2021
The Internal Revenue Service is holding 29 million returns for manual processing — delaying refunds for many — because of pandemic-related law changes, processing errors, and fraud detection.
More than 8 million individual tax returns are in suspense status because of their stimulus payment or the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Child Tax Credit (CTC), two credits that help lower income.
On some returns, there was an inconsistency between the stimulus payment the taxpayer received and the amount claimed on their return as Recovery Rebate Credit.
To check on your refund status, click on the button above. You will need your Social Security Number, Status Filed and Refund Amount.
If you E-filed your Tax Return with direct deposit info. the IRS is asking Taxpayers to wait at least 21 days for processing. If you Paper Filed please allow at least 6 weeks for processing. Read more by clicking on the button below:
A Mother's Love is more Precious than Gold. It cannot be Bought & it cannot be Sold.
It doesn't Die, Regardless of how Old. It Grows Stronger with Time, but it Never Declines. It can't be Missed because it Unfailingly Exists. That's the definition of a Mother's Love, a Hand Carved Force from Above.
