Executive Director's Corner
| |
"United, Not Divided" is more than this year's AAYLC theme—it is a powerful reminder that our greatest strength comes from working together.
When we unite around shared goals, our different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives become strengths that help us learn from one another, build meaningful connections, and create stronger communities.
Being united does not mean being the same. It means respecting our differences while working toward a common vision. As members of the AAYLC family, we have an opportunity to lead by example, empower the next generation, and create lasting change.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we are united—not divided."
Sincerely,
Debra Johnson
Executive Director
