We have heard your feedback, and we are proud to offer regular company communications to better support you.


In the last newsletter, Mia Haney, COO of Modivcare Personal Care Services, shared that we are listening to your feedback to guide how we come together as a part of the Modivcare family, identify and implement best practices, and get better every day. Based on your feedback, we are excited to share additional details about benefits and information about how Personal Care Services fit into the Modivcare organization.

Benefits Update

Benefits were a key theme from questions we received after the last communication. As Jason Anderson, President of Modivcare Home, shared at the most recent Modivcare Town Hall, providing great benefits for the Personal Care Services team is a top priority of the organization. Currently, a team is working to build a new benefits offering that includes coverage at more affordable rates across home services.


We anticipate the following timeline for new benefits and resources:

  • Today: Employee Perk program.
  • April: Expanded access to Daily Pay
  • May: Full medical, dental, and vision details shared
  • July: New benefits launched
  • Later this year: 401k review

Modivcare Structure

In the last newsletter, Mia Haney, COO of Modivcare Personal Care Services, shared that we have come together as a part of the Modivcare family. Over the past two years, Modivcare has expanded that family from its core NEMT services to include home care, remote patient monitoring, meals, and more. Now, the organization is organized into two key business units: Mobility and Home. Personal Care services is a part of the Modivcare Home team, making connections to care for members where they live.

Personal Care Services Road Show

Members of the Modivcare leadership team have been making their way to many offices with plans to reach all locations over the next year. Your voice is important, and these visits provide an opportunity for team members to share their feedback in person, hear directly from leaders, and receive recognition for their outstanding contributions. As Carolyn McCarthy shared after a recent visit:
