The meal included Dairy Queen cake for dessert. The sang songs, played a trivia game with questions from their study of John this year and the Christmas story. They ended the evening playing a game with Christmas gifts. Each student received a gift and a Dairy Queen gift card.
All CREW members interested in participating in a movi e outing are asked to meet at the church at 5:00pm on Wednesday, December 26th. They will carpool to Brainerd for pizza and a movie.

The students will participate in the 10:30am worship service on December 23rd. Their next CREW night will be Wednesday, January 9th.

Handbell Ministry
by Judy Kirchoff, Director

The Chapel Chimers enjoyed playing Christmas music in the back of the church.  They were amazed that the video camera could still find them.  On December 19 they will have their annual holiday party, playing games and of course eating food, and end the afternoon with ringing several holiday songs on the chimes.  They will have a winter break until April 3.

The Hallelujah Handbell Choir played a hauntingly beautiful song of "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel" using the singing bell technique.  We enjoyed performing at Heartwood to the residents and will end our winter season on Christmas Eve, ringing at the 4:00 service.  Practices will resume on March 26.
