Sellers - Spring House Cleaning Is A Must!


Realtors typically insist that the seller clean and declutter before they schedule any showings or open houses.


Cleaning your home before selling 

it can make a huge difference in the sale price. It also affects the time it takes to sell the property.


In addition to a clean home –

you should also hire someone to professionally stage your home. Professional home stagers are practiced in the art of preparing a home for resale. They work with the “flow” of a home, eliminate clutter, edit and arrange furniture.

Don't forget these spots!

-Disinfect the washing machine, clean the refrigerator coil (if these appliances stay with the house)

-Disinfect the garbage disposal & clean the oven

-Clean the windows and tracks & bowl-type light fixtures

-Take down cobwebs (especially in the laundry room and garage)

-Clean the walls and baseboards
