Join Us for MWP Annual Dinner: Thursday, January 24th

Join Midwest Partnership staff, Board of Directors, area developers, business and community leaders as we gather together to celebrate the successes of the region over the past year. In additional to the Executive Director's annual report and the presentation of the Guy Powell Award and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award, attendees will also hear from keynote speaker Hernan Etcheto of Nutriom.

ECI of Western Iowa to Host OSHA Training

The Employers' Council of Iowa is hosting an OSHA Ten-Hour Safety Certificate Training for General Industries in Denison on February 19th and 20th. The cost to attend is $50 per person and attendees must be present both days to receive certification. Registration is accepted through February 15th by emailing Sherri Vaughn , Business Marketing Specialist for IowaWORKS. Space is limited, so reserve your spot soon!

The Center for Industrial Research and Service at Iowa State University was created in 1963 to improve the quality of life in Iowa by helping businesses and their communities prosper and grow. Iowa's Registered Apprenticeship

When it comes to businesses, there’s one challenge that undoubtedly rises to the top: a significant talent shortage and skills gap that hinders companies’ efforts to expand, innovate and thrive. Iowa's Registered Apprenticeship Program can help with this shortfall! The program helps companies recruit, train and retain workers to build a workforce that meets their needs. Iowa Workforce Development will help build the program to ensure it meets industry standards, from construction and healthcare to IT, advanced manufacturing and more.
