IRS Releases 2025 Dirty Dozen List of Tax Scams

The IRS unveiled its annual Dirty Dozen list for 2025 to raise awareness about the most common tax scams that could threaten taxpayers, businesses, and tax professionals. The agency notes that these scams peak during filing season but warns that they also persist throughout the year.

Taming the Tax Tangle if You're Retiring Soon

With our first tax deadline behind us, we took a moment to relax and enjoy our annual Chill Out Day on Tuesday, March 18th!

This year, we kicked things off with a delicious breakfast from Helen's Sausage House. We had a blast playing a rebus puzzle game "Decode This," where Kevin Gobeil was the winner with 16 out of 18 correct answers. For lunch, we enjoyed a fantastic meal from Big Fish Grill. The fun continued with a game of tic tac toe flip cup, and Katie Shiflet claimed the grand prize after working her way through the rounds.

To top it all off, we were treated to in-office massages courtesy of Tara Black of Integrative Mobile Massage Therapy.

What a great way to unwind and celebrate our hard work!
