On Monday, March 20th, it was SCG’s Spring Baking Championship! The baked goods were set up in the kitchen, ready to be tasted! There were five entries: Crunchie Munchies, Peanut Butter Cake, Strawberry Lemonade Bars, Lemon Blueberry Bundt Cake, and Lemon Poppyseed Cake.
Everyone got one vote based on taste, and the winner received $100! It was a tough competition, since all the entries were delicious! But the big winner with 11 votes was Pam Morris’ peanut butter cake!
