Many homeowners across the country have seen their home values increase in recent years. According to the National Association of Realtors, the median price of existing homes sold in July of 2023 rose 1.9% over July of 2022 after a couple years of much higher increases. The median home price was $467,500 in the Northeast, $304,600 in the Midwest, $366,200 in the South, and $610,500 in the West.

Happy Anniversary!

On September 1st, we celebrated Kathie Skinner's 39th anniversary!

Kathie is our second longest tenured employee (only Bill Santora has more years!). She is our Office Manager and oversees our Administrative Department and the daily operations of SCG.

We can't thank Kathie enough for all her hard work and years of dedication to SCG!

On September 1st, we also celebrated Bob Elder's 14th anniversary!

Bob is our Director of Marketing. We thank him for his many years of dedication and his tireless promotion of SCG!

We are pleased to announce that Jennifer M. Rybicki, CPA, MST has been promoted to Tax Manager.

She is a 2010 graduate of the University of Delaware with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She interned during the summer of 2009 and, upon graduation, joined SCG in June 2010. In 2016, Jenni earned her Master’s Degree in Taxation from Goldey-Beacom College. She is a member of the American Institute and Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants.
