IRS IP PINs Now Available to All Taxpayers
An Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN) is a unique six-digit number that is used by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to verify your identity when you file your tax return. The IRS issues an IP PIN for those taxpayers who have been victims of identity theft, however, you are now able to request an IP PIN as a proactive way to protect yourself from tax-related identity theft.

Happy Anniversary!
On January 28th, we celebrated Theresa Jones’ 23rd anniversary with our firm! She is heavily involved in SCG’s recruiting process and is a member of the Scheduling Committee. Theresa loves working with small business owners where she can get to know them and help them achieve their personal goals.

We are so fortunate to have Theresa on our team!
On February 2nd, we celebrated Debi Koch's 14th anniversary with our firm! She is one of the leaders of our Tax Department. Debi enjoys watching her sons play soccer, taking their dog for long walks, going to the beach, and spending quality time with friends.

On February 7th, we celebrated Pam Morris' 11th anniversary with our firm! She coordinates all benefit programs for our employees and enjoys serving clients as their outsourced payroll and benefits administrator. Pam is an avid QVC and HGTV fan and loves shopping and decorating her home.

Firm Fun!
Heath Kahrs, our Managing Director, raffled off two pairs of tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles vs. the New York Giants football game on Sunday, December 26th. Samantha Finfer and Jenni Rybicki were the winners! When Jenni was unable to attend, Wil Duggan won the second pair of tickets!

Samantha brought her friend, Sydney, to the game. The first half was slow, but the Eagles stepped it up in the second half and won 34-10, which kept their playoff hopes alive!
It looked like it was a beautiful day at Lincoln Financial Field!
