Do You Qualify for the QBI Deduction? And Can You Do Anything by Year-End to Help Qualify?

If you own a business, you may wonder if you’re eligible to take the qualified business income (QBI) deduction. Sometimes this is referred to as the pass-through deduction or the Section 199A deduction.

Congratulations!

On December 15th, Keith A. Delaney was awarded the 2022 Rising Star in Business by the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce.

Keith is a Senior Manager in our firm and worked tirelessly during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and even now, to ensure that our clients and community had the most up-to-date information on all things PPP, ERC, and other small business support through webinars and information sharing.

He is a Rising Star in our community and within our firm!

We are pleased to announce that Raeanna K. Eisenhauer has joined our team as a Staff Accountant!

Raeanna is a 2022 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She interned with us during the summer of 2022 and joined our team full time earlier this month. Raeanna works on a variety of tax and audit engagements, and she is currently studying for the CPA Exam. She is a member of the American Institute and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants.

We are pleased to announce that Danielle M. Scharp has joined our Administrative Team as an Administrative Assistant.

With over 20 years of experience, Danielle has a keen eye for detail and will be providing much needed admin support.

She is a welcome addition to our Administrative Team!
