After completing a successful training period in our office, some flexible and remote work hours may be offered.
Candidates must possess the following:
• Superior communication and proofreading skills
• High level of courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism
• Excellent statistical typing, grammatical, and organizational skills
• Expertise with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and deal with strict deadlines
• Ability to work outside the normal 8-5 workday as needed – especially from January to April
• High school diploma
• Administrative/CPA firm experience is a plus
