Tax & Other Financial Consequences of Tax-Free Bonds

The State of Delaware Division of Small Business has recently delivered letters to grant recipients who have failed to satisfy grant reporting requirements.

If a letter has been received, actions must be taken by 4:30 p.m. on November 4, 2022. If reporting obligations are not satisfied, the State will demand immediate repayment or convert the remaining amount into a loan per Sections 7 and 8 of the grant agreement.

On October 26th, we celebrated Colin Soukup's 7th anniversary!

Colin proudly provides accounting and bookkeeping services to clients in a range of industries.

She graduated from Goldey-Beacom College with a B.S. in Accounting and worked with a variety of small businesses before joining SCG in 2015.

She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in Desktop and Online.

We are so fortunate to have Colin on our team!

On October 27th, we celebrated Mark Kennedy's 8th anniversary.

Mark was recently promoted to Tax Manager.

He graduated from Widener University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Delaware.
