This spring, why not borrow a pass and enjoy Daffodil Days at Blithewold Mansion, Gardens, and Arboretum!


Stroll through the grounds and enjoy the 8- to 10-week display of close to 100,000 daffodils, in 80 varieties, all across this 33-acre seaside estate! Our pass admits up to 6 people at $8.50/adult, $3/youth (6-17 years old).

This FREE event will feature free seeds, soil testing and advice from URI Master Gardeners, gardening books for sale, a raffle to benefit outdoor library programming, family activities, as well as representatives from organizations from around New England.

Grow Your Own Healthy Food with Free Seeds!

Union Public Library is sharing free seeds in April. Please stop by the Union Public Library during the hours of operation and pick up a few packets of free seeds.


The Free Seed Program is possible due to the generosity of the Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) Charitable Foundation, which donates still-viable seeds from OSJL stores to the URI Cooperative Extension annually.
