How many times have you heard, "Communication is the foundation of any good relationship"? In an effort to build relationship within our church community and update our current church directory, we are asking every member and regular attender to PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE help us. Whether you have been a member or regular attender since the church started or just started attending recently, if you are comfortable sharing your information, PLEASE take the time to provide us with your name, address, email address, phone number and birthdate (month/day). Even if you think all of your information is correct, we would appreciate your verification. There is NO obligation to do so, but you may provide the information in any of the following ways:
- Fill out the Google Form using the link below.
- Fill out the "Pew Card" that will be located in the chair pockets on September 7th and 14th and place the form in the black box marked, "Directory" in the back of the sanctuary as you exit. Each member within the same household may be listed on the same sheet.
