NETWAITER: Good Times of Olean have unveiled this menu ordering online software.  First step to this online ordering is to visit here. You can order online for pick up or dining in.  The orders can be delivered as well with certain guidelines.  Please contact Gillian Thompson with GTO at 716-379-8210 or email [email protected] and she will come show your group how to do your first order.

The neat concept for this software is the ability for you to invite via email to those to then pick and choose their meals.  For example, Judy has a meeting where those coming to the meeting will need lunch.  Judy sends out an email inviting them to browse the GTO menu.  Judy gives them a time frame to order.  Judy can view as the attendees browse, order and confirm their meal.  Once all attendees have ordered, Judy submits the complete order to GTO with particulars as time for delivery and other particulars.

Member changes to plans must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the effective date of requested change. The Chamber may adjust the payment on an annual basis with a written notice to members.  A $20 service charge will be billed for insufficient funds.
