The Rimrock Trails Bend Community Engagement Team |
Rimrock Trails' Board of Directors, team, and community appreciate the investment our Community Engagement Teams are making in our organization and mission.
As we continue to expand our services into the Bend community, we seek this dynamic team's guidance to forge relationships and call upon resources. Their assistance will help ensure that all local individuals and families have access to mental health and substance use counseling services and will further break down the stigma around seeking help.
We can’t thank these individuals enough for sharing their time, talents, and treasures with us!

Heather Archie
Outpatient Front Office Manager
|
Placed at Rimrock Trails on a temporary basis, Front Office Manager Heather Archie was too good to let go!
Heather came to Rimrock Trails in May 2001, after graduating from UC Davis with a major in Art History. Having worked at Starbucks and Barnes and Noble, Heather has a deep-rooted understanding, of the importance of customer service and information communication.
Heather’s goals are to continue working on creating a sustainable, kind, and effective counseling program for the Rimrock Trails community.
Heather lives in Bend with her parents and dog. In the Winter, she likes to go skiing, and once the snow melts she enjoys finding neat places to camp or hike with her pooch. Having recently bought a paddleboard, Heather says, “I’ll be trying to only fall in the river on purpose this summer.”
Thank you, Heather, for all you do for the individuals and families we serve!

Son's death spurs a family to share their story of suicide to help others.
The University of Oregon's Alumni Association featured our friends, The Leutschaft Family, for taking the tragic loss of their son Kiefer to help other families facing similar situations.
The Leutschafts, along with their family and friends, have raised over $31,000 for The Kiefer Magical Legacy Fund, which will help people access mental health services at Rimrock Trails.
