Introducing New Board Member, Jeff Larkin
Owner and Principal Broker of Jeff Larkin Realty and Co-owner of Larkin Valley Ranch, Jeff Larkin certainly brings a lot to our community with a spirit to serve others. A self-taught entrepreneur, Jeff grew up in his family’s Central Oregon ranching business, learning the ropes from his father and grandfather. They taught him valuable lessons about how to respond to change and challenges in a volatile, complex industry. He learned to buy, sell, and develop properties while gaining building, land planning, and development experience through his own construction business. Committed to his clients, Jeff puts relationships first because, second to his faith in God, that’s what he feels matters most. He hopes to help others thrive throughout their lives in Central Oregon, the beautiful place we have the privilege of calling our home. With Jeff, you have a caring resource who truly understands the meaning of bringing hard conversations and values to the table as an important part of an individual's journey. But it’s why people return time and again to collaborate with Jeff, choosing him as their real estate guide and locally sourced meat distributor. Jeff has always been committed to taking care of his friends and clients and is grateful to bring his time and heart to serve the Rimrock Trails community too.

Welcome Lana Wittmer to the Redmond Community Engagement Team
We are thrilled to introduce Lana Wittmer to our Redmond Community Engagement Team. Lana brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for helping others find their place in Central Oregon.
As a real estate agent at Jeff Larkin Realty, Lana considers herself lucky and blessed to have called the communities of Central Oregon her home for the past two decades. Lana’s journey is intertwined with her husband, a custom home builder in the area. Together, they have become intimately familiar with the process of buying land, building, and selling homes. This experience has given Lana a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Lana loves meeting new people, welcoming them to the area, and providing them with dedicated support to help them attain their dreams of a new home. She prioritizes a balanced social and professional presence and is committed to taking care of her clients. Now, Lana extends her dedication to the Rimrock Trails community, grateful for the opportunity to serve in the same supportive and enthusiastic manner. We are excited to have her on the team and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to make in our community.

Introducing Our Residential Program Manager Brian Hodges: A Journey of Passion and Dedication | |
|
As a member of the recovery community for the last 18 years, I am excited to step into the program manager role at Rimrock Trails. I grew up in Southern California and moved to Central Oregon in 1985. While living in Oregon, I have fallen in love with all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I spend much of my free time backpacking, paddle boarding, and traveling.
I started my career in the addiction treatment field in 2010 after graduating from Central Oregon Community College with a degree in Addiction Studies. Since then, I have provided addiction treatment and education in the Central Oregon area. I have a passion for working with youth, as I was much like the youth we serve here at Rimrock Trails. I believe that if youth are surrounded by compassionate people who understand the challenges they face, they are put in a position to thrive in life.
I look forward to the coming years at Rimrock Trails and am excited to bring fresh ideas to the delivery of treatment services to the youth we serve.
Thank you for welcoming me into this incredible community.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all our Kiefer's Magical Birthday Bash Sponsors, Attendees, Volunteers, and the Central Oregon Community!
The Leutschaft Family, Rimrock Trails, and Wild Ride Brewing Company are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support and dedication, which made our third annual event an absolute success. We extend our deepest appreciation to our sponsors for their invaluable contributions, our attendees for their enthusiasm and support, and our volunteers for their tireless dedication and hard work.
Thanks to their unwavering dedication, we raised over $45,000 to support the Kiefer Magical Legacy Fund! These funds will bolster mental health awareness events and programs, the Rimrock Trails Support Program, and the Kiefer Leutschaft Memorial Scholarship. Coupled with an additional $14,000 in direct donations to the Fund, our collective efforts have resulted in nearly $60,000 raised this year!
As importantly, the event served as a beautiful testament to Kiefer and his enduring legacy. By standing alongside those who are struggling with mental health issues and concerns, they demonstrated immense compassion and empathy, embodying the spirit of community and support that Kiefer himself exemplified. Their dedication to keeping the magic alive for our shared community is truly an inspiration!
