Despite the devastating effects of the ongoing pandemic, because of your support, referrals, and our dedicated team, since January 2020, the Rimrock Trails Mental Health Counseling Clinics have:

Been able to provide a 262% increase in mental health counseling services
- Hired 5 new Clinicians, 3 Clinical Interns, a Peer Support Specialist, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practioner
- Added Tele-Psychiatry Services, a focused Child and Family Program, and an Eating Disorder Specialist to our programs and team

Rimrock Trail’s counseling clinics are thriving and that is in part thanks to the amazing and important work of Outpatient Counselor, Chelsi Howard!
Chelsi started her career with Rimrock Trails in the residential treatment program and eventually moved into the Bend counseling clinic. She holds her master’s in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in wilderness therapy from Naropa University in Boulder Colorado.
A self-proclaimed outdoor enthusiast, Chelsi has worked as a rock climbing and whitewater rafting guide. She, her husband, and three dogs Major, Aspen, and Whiskey are avid outdoor adventure enthusiasts spending their summers whitewater kayaking and their winters backcountry skiing. This renaissance woman has many hobbies including playing guitar and running ultra marathons.
