The Team at Rimrock Trails is thrilled to announce we have reopened our Adolescent Residential Treatment Program.

Located in beautiful Prineville, Oregon, Rimrock Trails Residential Treatment Program is specifically designed for adolescents 12-17 years of age who are struggling with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.

We are especially grateful to our community and partnering agencies Statewide, including the Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Council for Behavioral Health, and Pacific Source Community Solutions who showed unwavering support and encouragement for reopening the youth residential treatment program. We couldn't have done it without you.

Meet Vince and Ruth.

Vince reached out to us early this year with a dream of running the Eugene Marathon in honor of his best friend Kiefer. Not only did he meet his expectations he also smashed them. Vince completed his Marathon and with Ruth's help, raised nearly $9,000 to support mental health awareness!

The marathon was more than a race for Vince. See, his best friend Kiefer, lost his battle with mental illness last October. Vince knew his friend was hurting but never in a million years had thought Kiefer’s despair ran so deep. Vince knows that to prevent others from having the same outcome we need to be able to talk about our pain. There is no shame in reaching out!

Ruth was so moved by Vince's story she joined his team, ran the 5K, and helped contribute to the cause.

Through this event, Vince and Ruth have brought both awareness and compassion to the issue of mental health. It couldn’t have come at a better time as May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

We are so honored to have been able to collaborate with Vince and Ruth.

If you want to support them in their endeavors, go to Vince-and-Rimrock-trails-run-for-kiefer.causevox.com #.

Help Vince and Ruth keep the Magic alive!

CHANGE A LIFE

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month is here!

This May, we are focusing on the power that role models have in destigmatizing mental health and encouraging people to find support.

Research shows that nearly 3-in-4 young people say hearing friends, family members, or coworkers talk about personal mental health struggles inspires them to improve their mental health.

We’re looking for stories and anecdotes that speak to the power of taking care of your mental health so that this month, we can create inspiring social media campaigns.

What has helped you manage your mental health?

Your words will make a big impact - share them with us here!

Thanks for getting involved!
