NEW AT RIMROCK TRAILS
THE RIMROCK TRAIL'S INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The hands-on work experience interns receive in the Rimrock Trail's Internship Program is invaluable and cannot be obtained in a classroom setting. Our organization’s program exposes upcoming clinicians to many aspects of our company’s counseling services including, individual, group, couples, and family counseling. They gain valuable work experience and supervision, all while fulfilling their required practicums.

Why intern at Rimrock Trails?

Gain valuable work experience
Interns have the opportunity to apply acquired knowledge to real work experiences, witnessing firsthand the day-to-day job duties and client experiences they can expect to encounter. In addition to learning the specialized skills of a particular specialty, transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and Electronic Health Records proficiency are also obtained in the Rimrock Trail's Internship Program.

Explore a specialty
Exploring is an important part of the internship experience. An internship in the Rimrock Trail's Internship Program is a great way for upcoming clinicians to acquaint themselves with the specialty they are interested in.

Give yourself an edge in the job market
One of the most important benefits of interning at Rimrock Trails is that because you already have some work experience in a recognized behavioral health organization, you stand out to potential employers.

Develop and refine skills
You can learn a lot about your strengths and weaknesses during an internship. At Rimrock Trails you have direct supervision from licensed and experienced healthcare providers.

Network with professionals in the field
As an intern at Rimrock Trails, you will be surrounded by professionals in the industry.

Gain confidence
An internship at Rimrock Trails will allow you to test out specific techniques learned in the classroom. It’s an opportunity to apply what you have learned in a safe, compassionate, and caring environment.

THANK YOU RIMROCK TRAILS COMMUNITY
Rimrock Trails Treatment Services is grateful to receive $4,000 in grant funds from the Northwest Farm Credit Services Rural Community Grant Fund. This funding supports the work Rimrock Trails already has underway including, a $50,000 renovation project in our Crook County-based adolescent residential treatment program.
Thank you to Matt Bassitt, Matt Keck and the Team at Northwestern Home Loans for donating $1,500 towards welcome baskets for the teens in our adolescent residential treatment program, and money towards our outpatient counseling clinic's Scholarship Fund. Because of their generosity, more local individuals and families will be able to access comprehensive evidence-based behavioral health services, no matter their financial circumstances.
RESOURCES FOR YOU
January is National Human Trafficking Month!

During this month, we celebrate the efforts of foreign governments, international organizations, anti-trafficking entities, law enforcement officials, survivor advocates, communities of faith, businesses, and private citizens all around the world to raise awareness about human trafficking.
