Meet one of our behind the scenes heroes

Rose Novak
Quality and Compliance Manager
Essential to the safety of our clients, staff, and community, is Rimrock Trail’s Quality and Compliance Manager, Rose Novak. Rose joined Rimrock Trails in January of 2019, having worked in health care compliance with three managed care health plans and at Advantage Dental. She holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Management and is certified in Health Care and Privacy Compliance.

Though compliance may not seem like the most stimulating topic, Rose finds joy in improving the quality of services for the clients and implementing initiatives that benefit her co-workers like the National Health Services Corps loan repayment program. She shares, “While the compliance portion of my position focuses on monitoring, auditing, and improving services and processes, I enjoy a different aspect of my position. I initially spent a lot of time writing and updating policies as well as implementing internal audit protocols. My goal is that the majority of my time is focused on improving the quality of services for our clients and implementing processes for our team to support those services."

When she is not busy implementing excellence at Rimrock Trails, Rose can be found reading, walking, and hiking. But her true loves are her three children, five grandchildren, and newly adopted 2 and half year old German Shepherd.

Thank you, Rose, for all you do!

Resources For You
Are you balancing work and online schooling?

How is it going?

Here is a resource to help!
Thank You To The Rimrock Trail's Community
YOU DID IT!
You donated over $10,000 to help Rimrock Trails Celebrate 30 years of service.

Thank you so much Central Oregon for championing Rimrock Trail's mission. Your generous gifts and participation ensure that every child, teen, adult, and family in Central Oregon will be able to access mental health and substance use counseling services. To see your gift in action, follow our Facebook page, or sign-up for our digital monthly newsletter.

A special thank you to Dan Mooney, Monica Elsom, Sierra Groenewold, Parrline Norton, Meredith Braker, Belinda Pilcher, Tom Jay, Josh Werner, Darleen Rodgers, Erica Fuller-Hewitt, Tiera Cantrell, and Vanessa Heaton for holding personal fundraisers to support our virtual event. We couldn’t have done it without you!
We are so thankful to local McDonald's owners, Paul and Kathy Rodby. This dynamic duo filled our Residential Treatment Program's Award Store with 50 value meal vouchers! The Award Store helps the teens in our program associate positive engagement in their recovery with positive incentives. What may seem like a small reward is essential in fostering internal motivation, self-esteem, and self-efficacy.

Thank you, Paul and Kathy, for all you and your family do for the Central Oregon community!

Become a member of the Rimrock Trail's Royalty Club Monthly Giving Program. It is easy to sign-up and every amount helps!

We need gift cards! The teens in our program often come to us without appropriate clothing for inclement weather. Gift cards can help.
