Please Help Us Welcome

Kiley Gilbert, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
We are thrilled to welcome Kiley Gilbert, PMHNP-BC, to the Rimrock Trails team. Looking to increase access to psychiatric medication management in Central Oregon, Kiley will be the contact for our new telepsychiatry practice.

Kiley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Spanish from Augustana College, Bachelor and Master’s of Science degrees in Nursing from the St Louis University in Missouri, and she is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Prior to coming to Rimrock Trails, Kiley started as a nurse case manager on an Assertive Community Treatment team in St. Louis and then moved to Colorado and worked on a pediatric psychiatric inpatient unit. After graduating as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in an outpatient community mental health center and assited hospital alternative facilities as well as jail systems. Upon moving to Wisconsin, Kiley began telepsychiatry and currently, works with all ages and diagnoses.

Recognizing a shortage of available psychiatric services in Central Oregon, Kiley has strong hopes for the practice. She states, “I sincerely hope that this practice helps to open access to psychiatric medication management to several areas throughout Oregon. Thankfully, technology allows me to cover a large practice area and I hope to work with the therapy team and community providers to help deliver needed interventions to better serve the population.”

An outdoor enthusiast, one can find Kiley, her husband, 2-year-old son, and their dog Louie fishing, kayaking, and cycling. She is also learning how to play the ukulele and enjoys yoga on her downtime.

Welcome Kiley
