Rimrock Trails Celebrates 30 Years Serving the Central Oregon Community
The Board of Directors, Leadership Team, and diversely skilled healthcare professionals at Rimrock Trails are dedicated to helping create lasting change in the lives of individuals and families.

Here's how it all began!
Celebrate With Our Team

Executive Director, Erica Fuller-Hewitt, celebrates 18 years with Rimrock Trails!
We hope you will join us as we celebrate Erica Fuller-Hewitt’s 18 years with Rimrock Trails!

Starting as a therapist in the residential treatment program in September 2002, Erica was promoted to several management positions within the organization before becoming Executive Director in 2009.

Erica earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Master Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Oregon. Her graduate studies are in specialized Applied Behavior Analysis and Cognitive Restructuring in the treatment of childhood, adolescent, and addiction disorders. Erica brings 20 years of experience in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders, executive management, and leadership in the behavioral health care industry. She is also actively involved as a member of various regional Boards and Committees relevant to the field including but not limited to the Oregon Council for Behavioral Health, Northwest Institute of Addiction Studies, and the Central Oregon Health Council’s Regional Health Improvement Plan behavioral health workgroups.

Erica is steadfast in her mission to provide uncompromised behavioral health to every individual in Central Oregon. She shares, “My vision for Rimrock Trails is that it never stops in its unyielding pursuit to provide the absolute best behavioral healthcare possible for all individuals and families and that when someone in Oregon thinks about the highest quality mental health services they automatically think of Rimrock Trails.”

A native Central Oregonian, Erica has an extremely smart, strong, ambitious, beautiful, business-minded 25-year-old daughter. Pet lovers, she and her husband, have one super special dog named Chai and a cat named Paris. When not working Erica loves spending time with family, gardening, entertaining, cooking, and most recently taught herself how to make naturally leavened sourdough bread during her time in quarantine. She also loves to travel to tropical islands. She states, “If I could be anywhere it would be a warm tropical beach during the day and an island mountainside forest in the evening.”

Thank You, Erica, for all you do for Rimrock Trails and the Central Oregon community!

Help Us Celebrate
This September we had hoped to have a BIG 30th birthday celebration event for Rimrock Trails. Due to all things COVID, we had to go the virtual route but we are making the best of it and our community is coming out to help!

Sticking with our 30th Birthday Theme, consider making a one time $30 gift on our Facebook Page or if you would like to support our work with a monthly automatic recurring contribution, you can join our Rimrock Royalty Club by visiting our website on the "Make An Impact" page.

No gift amount is too big or too small so please give in any amount that is most meaningful to you.

We thank everyone for your support, loyalty and dedication to our mission!
This September, Celebrate Recovery
Recovery Month is a national observance held every September to educate Americans that substance use treatment and mental health services can enable those with a mental and/or substance use disorder to live a healthy and rewarding life. During September, we celebrate the gains made by those in recovery and reinforce the positive message that behavioral health is essential to overall health, prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can and do recover.

Thank You To The Rimrock Trail's Community
Though Rimrock Trails is all about the celebration this month, we recognize there are a lot of people hurting right now. The COVID-19 outbreak, racial and civil unrest, and now the tragic west coast fires are wreaking havoc on our friends, families, and community's mental and physical health. If you or someone you know needs mental health counseling, do not hesitate to share our information with them. Contact Maggie at (541) 388-8459 or visit www.rimrocktrails.org.

We can help but we can't do what we do without our community partners!

Our sincerest thanks to the St. Charles Foundation for awarding Rimrock Trails $11,900 from their Basic Needs Grant Fund! Funding will ensure that the teens in the Rimrock Trail's residential treatment program can participate in essential enrichment activities and have access to the basic needed items that will assist them towards their recovery.
We are so grateful for the generosity of the team at Central Oregon Ranch Supply. Last month, they donated over 700 lbs. of beef for the teens in our residential treatment program. This wonderful business has supported Rimrock Trails for many years and we are so thankful for their continued partnership.
