Traveling Artists Update - Mykonos and Kusadasi

One Greek Island and one port in Turkey

What a great time we had visiting these two locations. The people were wonderful and very welcoming to us. We learned a lot about the past while visiting.

While visiting Mykonos, Greece, we had to take a Sea Bus to get to the Old Port where we hopped on another boat for a 30-minute ride to "The Sacred Island of Antiquity".

Here we are at the Sacred Island, which is full of history and fascinating facts about life in the earlier times of human history.

One exciting thing that we noticed was that, even though Mykonos and Kusadasi are miles apart and separated by water, the two civilizations were very similar.

The weather has been fantastic for both of the excursion days, and the guides have been very informative.

One of the many guardians of these ancient ruins. There were plenty of these furry little creatures roaming the grounds.

Shoutout to Barry Davies

Barry painted this YouTube lesson and really brought it to life. This painting, "Girl in a Canoe," was a live lesson that we did on August 15th.

Barry captured the lights and darks in this painting, and the clothing is outstanding.

Thank you, Barry, for sharing another one of your marvelous paintings!

Can I send my artwork in for a PAC while you are on vacation? I don't want to be a bother!

Quick answer: Yes and Yes!

As we continue our adventures on the high seas, we will be traveling quite a bit over the next 2 weeks, so please be patient with Ginger with your sent-in PACs. We have a great idea for us to take a break in the action in mid-November, so keep an eye out for more details when the plan comes together.

Nothing is different if we visit one of our other offices worldwide. We do our very best to have internet wherever we travel to. Sometimes, the internet is better than others, but we reply very quickly to the Personal Art Coaching requests and emails that come in through the Contact Us form.

We ask for your understanding if it's a "travel" day where we might be on a plane or in a car for an extended period. Thank you, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
