News from Leschi and Lakewood Marinas

Marina Water Shut Off

In preparation for the cold months, we will be turning off the water to all marinas on

Wednesday, November 6th.

Please make sure to complete any necessary boat cleaning or water-related maintenance before the shut-off date. Once the water is off, it will remain unavailable throughout the winter months. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take these precautions to protect the marina during the cold season.

Marina Office Thanksgiving Closures

The Marina Office at Lakewood will be closed Thursday, November 28th through Sunday, December 1st in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday and to give our Marina staff an extended weekend to spend with their families. We wish you and your family a happy early Happy Thanksgiving!

Winter Office Hours

We will be adjusting the Marina Office hours of operations beginning Saturday, November 2nd throughout the Winter.

Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm

Saturday: 9am - 1pm

Sunday: Closed

Leschi Center Dry Storage

Since the dry storage racks were re-located from Leschi North to Leschi Center earlier this year, we have found that several kayaks and paddleboards were not correctly transferred in our system to the new racks. If you utilize the storage racks and find that you have a tag attached to your kayak or paddleboard that means we do not have you in our system. Please call or email our office so we can get you properly registered going forward.

End of Season Departures

If you're planning to depart for the season, please remember to provide 30 days' notice. Be sure to return your parking pass and key fobs before leaving. If you wish to rejoin the marina in the future, keep in mind you'll need to reapply to the waitlist. If you need to put in a departure notice, please email Jordan.

Updated Boat Insurance

Please send us your updated boat insurance policies so we can make sure you are up to date and in compliance with the moorage agreement. We will begin reaching out to those boaters who we do not have current insurance for throughout the winter. Updated policies can be emailed to info@leschiandlakewood.com.
