About Mallory:

Mallory Hunt is the Portfolio Administrator at The Center and has been part of the Investment Team for six years. In her role, she is responsible for raising and investing cash, implementing and rebalancing accounts, and helping to uphold the department's Investment Philosophy.

Outside of work, she and her husband, Jason, have been together for 22 years and share a busy but rewarding life with their three children—Rylee (18), Nixon (10), and Lennon (6)—as well as their dog, Nash (9), and two goldfish, Bubbles and Goldie. Most days involve shuttling between kids' practices or games, spending quality family time and unwinding with a good show or an episode (or two) of Crime Junkie.

InvestmentNews 2026 Best Places to Work is based on a dual-component application process. The first step is the collection of data points on company benefits, workplace policies, demographics, and professional development programs (25% of total score). The second step is anonymous employee surveys that evaluate workplace metrics like leadership, compensation, culture, and commitment to diversity (75% of total score). Final winners are chosen by an independent panel of industry leaders. Out of approximately 400 nominations, 75 winners were selected.
