The Laws of Life: The Law of Limitation
There has been a ceiling on your income for years and no matter how hard you work, or how hard you try…you cannot break it, and this has been a lifetime issue. There has been a barrier to your weight loss, getting in better shape, and your nutrition habits; you get so far, and you fall off the wagon…again and again, again and again! This has been going on for years. Your children are now in their late teens, have become isolated and obstinate, and no matter what you do…things only get worse! Welcome to the Law of Limitation:
The Law of Limitation
The Law of Limitation describes the often-imperceptible ceiling, wall, fence; or whatever that thing is that remains formidable in your life that has been impenetrable, forcing you to stay where you are. The good news is that the law says that limitations exist as markers that signal us to overcome them…leading to promotions in the various areas of our lives!
· First, acknowledging that the limitation exists is the first step in dealing with it. Even though you cannot see it, understanding that it is as real as a brick wall is the door to insight to deal with it. This positions you to face what you cannot see.
· Next, analyze the limitation as thoroughly as you can. What is it preventing you from doing. Why has it represented an impossibility in your life? How is your progressing beyond this terminated repeatedly? How has this impacted your mind and emotions when dealing with this issue?
· Third, you must create a strategy to go over, through, or around this limitation. This involves transforming your mindset from this is an impossibility to it is a possibility, to this is a probability for you. Next, write out your strategy for dismantling the limitation and execute your game plan to succeed. Once you scale the limitation…it ceases to exist.
For breaking financial barriers, you might consider creating another source, and ultimately stream of income. For getting in better shape, you might stay off the scale, start small in the gym and work consistently, and delete and add one thing to your diet weekly. For dealing with the teens, you might study them individually and implement different strategies based on where they are. Your limitations are screaming “dismantle me!!!”.
