The Laws of Life: The Law of Reciprocity
One of the most powerful governing laws of life that significantly impacts all of us daily is the Law of Reciprocity. Once we recognize it, understand it, and measure its results in our lives it will change how we live. Consider this law:
The Law of Reciprocity
“Every thought, word, intention, and action that we engage in will absolutely return to us in a greater measure than what we released from our lives. These engagements are like seeds that grow into a fully-grown trees, then take root in our lives! Whether we do these things in ignorance or awareness, whether they are positive or negative doesn’t matter…they must return with power and substance!”
· The things that are occurring in your life right now are the offspring of your previous thoughts, words, actions, and intentions. With the awareness of this law comes the possibility of being much more intentional about what we are sowing. How we behave towards others is going to return to us with force and power. What has become habitual with us regarding work, business, family, and endeavors is going to flow back into our lives.
· Understanding and applying this law can also be incorporated into your goals and plans and become a lever to your success. The investment of your time, energy and life into the things that are sacred to you will bring growth, results, and great impact to these areas. Be careful because the inverse is also true. Neglect or harmful interactions regarding that which is sacred to you (health, family, well-being, finances, etc.) will actually undermine your very life!
· When you are assimilating the law of reciprocity into your life patience is required. This is because both process and time are required for a seed to become a tree. You must remain diligent with what you are doing according to your plan while formulating them into habits. Things may even appear to be going in the wrong direction in the short term but stay focused…your world will come into alignment because of this powerful law!
