What is a Living Will?

This legal document gives power of attorney to the person you designate to follow your wishes regarding your health care should you be incapacitated.

What is a Last Will and Testament?

This legal document names an executor to manage your estate after your passing. It includes your assets – property, cash, jewelry, possessions – and how they are to be distributed. A will does not prevent Probate.

What is a Revocable Living Trust?

This legal document is similar to a Last Will and Testament in that it allows you to specify how and to whom you would like your assets distributed. This enables your estate to avoid the court process of probate which can take months and thus incur additional costs.
