Did You Know?
Each week, we will be including Member questions about our community. If you have a question you would like answered, please send it to Lauren Tash, Director of Lifestyle Services.
This question was referred to Amanda Dumich, our Executive Director. Here is her response.

Q: What can I expect from the food service and dining experience at PHP?

A: Food is a frequent topic of interest in our community. As a community, we are honored to have Ms. Xan Payton as our Culinary Services Director in charge of food and service quality, the dining experience in all dining venues, and catering. Xan has over 25 years of experience in dining with roles in the front of the house, back of the house, and is an accomplished chef herself.

In addition to Xan, Executive Chef Derek Larsen is an important member of our Culinary Services leadership team.  Xan and Chef Derek are continuously procuring the best produce, meats, and seafood available. Chef Derek is responsible for the creation and rotation of the dining menus to keep your palates challenged with new creations such as collard green & ham spring rolls and comforted with old favorites such as fried chicken & mashed potatoes. If you have feedback on our dining please contact Xan directly at (678) 619-3213.
This question was referred to Amanda Dumich, our Executive Director. Here is her response.

Q: How are damages to the structures in the PHP community or on-campus handled?

A: While our community is only 1 year old, we will have ongoing repairs throughout our campus. We welcome Members reporting structural damage in their buildings, garages, and on our grounds. Please do not hesitate to contact the Facilities department at (678) 619-0478 to put in a work order and report damage you see in a stairwell, in an elevator, in a hallway, or in our environment. We welcome your reporting of these issues.

For example, in February, our elevator vendor replaced all the damaged tiles in elevators due to an installation issue. Members, as well as the Operations team, took notice of these issues and we were able to get the elevator company out to the campus quickly to make repairs.
Who's Your Next Neighbor?
We are often asked, "Exactly how many people live at Peachtree Hills Place?" We are happy to share with you that we now have 166 Members living here and we are thankful for each one. And there continues to be lots of appointments and interest in the community so we thank you for your part in sharing how wonderful PHP is!

This week we extend a warm welcome to our newest members!
