Here's What's Been Happening at PHP!
ALL MEMBERS please remember to wear your name badges when you are out and about. It will help avoid awkward situations when you're not sure who you're talking to when we are wearing our masks!

Did You Know?
Each week, we will be including Member questions about our community. If you have a question you would like answered, please send it to Lauren Tash, Director of Lifestyle Services.
This question was referred to our HOA Board (Andy, Kevin, Dave, Donna, and Rusty French who is currently an advisor to the HOA Board). Here is their response.

Q: What does a Member do if there is a life-threatening emergency?

A: If you have a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 immediately and alert Security by dialing (678) 619-5994. Security will come to your home to assess the emergency while also coordinating the arrival and escort of 911 to your home.

All homes in our community are equipped with pull cords in the bathrooms. When the cord is pulled, an alarm is sent to Security who will respond by calling your home. If there is no answer they will come to your home. Do not hesitate to initiate the system if you think you have an emergency. Please allow the cord to hang down to the floor where it may be reached in an emergency; do not tie the cord up and out of reach.
This question was referred to our HOA Board (Andy, Kevin, Dave, Donna, and Rusty French who is currently an advisor to the HOA Board). Here is their response.

Q: What does a Member do if there is a non-life-threatening emergency?

A: For non-life-threatening emergencies, call Security at (678) 619-5994 or activate your pull cord (or personal emergency response system if you have one). Security will call your primary phone number first and then your secondary phone number. If there is no response, Security will come to your home and ring the doorbell or knock. If there is no response, Security will enter your home to determine the nature of the emergency. Security will determine what action needs to be taken such as calling 911, taking you to the Wellness Center, or other appropriate action. Additionally, if your pull cord has been initiated in error, Security will cancel the alarm and Member will have to flip the pull cord switch back.
