Did You Know?
Each week, we will be including Member questions about our community. If you have a question you would like answered, please send it to Lauren Tash, Director of Lifestyle Services.
This question was referred to Amanda Dumich, our Executive Director. Here is her response.

Q: Who is in charge of making sure PHP is clean and maintained properly?

A: Our Environmental Services team is continuously working to improve our processes for cleanliness in your buildings, garages, and environment. We have dedicated Associates who are responsible for the areas and our leadership team has increased their spot checks in those areas that need attention due to more frequent traffic. While we are under construction of Austin Walk buildings 3 & 5, maintaining cleanliness around those areas is an ongoing battle but we are committed to winning!

Regarding cleanliness around the loading dock area, the Facilities department has increased pickup days for the compactor, and also consolidated and removed excess bins. The Facilities department has increased the frequency for pressure washing the area surrounding the bins and has also switched vendors for materials to aid in keeping the area clean.
This question was referred to Amanda Dumich, our Executive Director. Here is her response.

Q: Can you tell me a little more about PHP billing, accounts, and software?

A: As a new community, we are learning a new software system that always has its challenges. Our software provider has to adapt the software to support how we run our business, another challenge. Our software is generally considered the latest and greatest and the leader in our industry. It is complicated by the fact that we are many different businesses under one roof: food service, HOA, health care, clinic, property management, etc. We expect things to get better as we adapt to our new software.

The leadership team has heard from several of our Members that the bills are not user-friendly. In 2021, we are launching a project to review the bill issues and develop a better format for ease of use and readability. Some of you may be asked to provide input into the bill redesign project.

Reach out to Charlotte or Karen and let’s invite them over to see the wonderful community we are building! We are approaching Phase II move-in time and available PHP homes are selling faster than ever, so let’s get your friends over NOW!
