Did You Know?
Each week, we will be including Member questions about our community. If you have a question you would like answered, please send it to Lauren Tash, Director of Lifestyle Services.
This question was referred to Amanda Dumich, our Executive Director. Here is her response.

Q: If I need to reach security by phone, what is the best way to contact them?

A: Our Security guards have a stationary phone located in the Carriage House at the front door of our community. The Security number is (678) 619-5994. There may be instances when our Security guards are already on the phone with another Member. If Security does not answer Members are encouraged to try calling again.
This question was referred to Amanda Dumich, our Executive Director. Here is her response.

Q: Where are security cameras located?

A: When Isakson Living, our PHP developer, began designing the security service camera coverage for our community, it was soon realized that a camera can’t be placed everywhere.

It becomes too many cameras for our Security team to watch. A stairwell for example would probably need 10 cameras to try to cover that one stairwell. We placed cameras in those areas that we deemed most necessary for security. For example, we decided to put a security phone in the Pool House rather than cameras; many people don’t want to be “on camera” in a swimsuit. Additionally, our pool rules suggest to Members that they not swim alone, and if you do, then you swim at your own risk.
