Welcome to The Local Buzz, your inside scoop on San Diego’s tech scene. Keep up to date on our Fresh Brewed Tech website.
2018 - what a year! This spring, Fresh Brewed Tech launched the Tacos & Tech Podcast with our friends at Cox Business, and then The Local Buzz newsletter in June. Besides amplifying/aggregating great existing content, we have written over 25 original articles and have been overwhelmed by your interest and story ideas. Keep them coming!

We have broken down the different elements of the San Diego ecosystem, including talent, capital, and satellite companies in the ecosystem overviews . We also started the Tech Mafia series by Andrea to look at where San Diego’s tech ecosystem got its roots. We have also given you an inside look into our local university entrepreneurial ecosystem with our AzTech series by Sandy and Triton Tech by Fred. Our Life At series by Jill of Want To Work There has allowed for employees themselves to help describe and showcase the culture at San Diego’s vibrant tech companies, and we’re excited to launch a new Impact & Social Enterprise series with Carter Crockett starting today.

We’re thrilled to bring you deep dives into San Diego’s tech community and appreciate your feedback. While the newsletter will be back in January, our social channels will continue to share the latest news throughout the new year. What would you like to see us cover in 2019?

Wishing you the happiest of holidays,
We'd love your feedback on our content. Please take this brief survey .
