2024 WORLD HAPPINESS SUMMIT

The Loukoumi Make A Difference Foundation first traveled to the World Happiness Summit in London where Loukoumi Foundation Founder and President Nick Katsoris spoke on a panel about "Happiness For Future Generations." Special thanks to World Happiness Summit CEO and Founder Karen Guggenheim and everyone at WOHASU, as well as panel moderator Elisa Juarez and panelist Nadim Saad.

The Loukoumi Foundation teamed up with its long standing partner, the award-winning musical "Come From Away," and Natalie Flynn and the Empire Theatre Group for two school visits in Liverpool to the Aintree Davenhill and the Ranworth Square Schools.

It was then off to Lake Como, Italy to visit The San Carpoforo School, a member of the Loukoumi International Good Deed Council where we hosted our Loukoumi Good Deed of the Month Zoom (recording left) and our Loukoumi Good Deed Bus with stops at an area food pantry, nursing home and animal shelter. We also held book readings and a writing workshop for our upcoming Inspiring Stories book. Thank you Director Omar Gervasoni, Daniela Casagrande, Heshan Dissanayake and all the students for a wonderful visit.

ACS ATHENS SCHOOL

The Loukoumi Foundation then visited the ACS Athens, American Community Schools, another member of our International Good Deed Council, participating in Career Day, book readings, a postcards to space project with Blue Origin and a podcast with members of our Loukoumi Good Deed Council.
