Kamisha's Corner
Hey guys Kamisha here! How are you doing? Great I hope! I have awesome news to share with everyone, this year I have an opportunity to go to Tufts University to speak to the students in the Dentistry and Medicine field about my experiences in the Dentist Offices! I can’t wait, I am very excited and grateful! Tufts University here I come!

When I heard about this opportunity I freaked out! Let’s be honest I always freak out whenever I get things like this! It really means a lot to me that everyone is thinking about me for opportunities like this!

Meet Amy Sullivan, MASS' new Training Team Leader for the west region

Amy was interviewed by two of MASS' leading trainers: James Miller and Steven Tobey. It wasn't hard for James and Tobey to give two thumbs-up for Amy. Both knew her before the interview as a hard working, caring person and great to work with with. You see Amy here in one of her outside interests: A horse rescuer. (Do you think a horse rescuer must also be a horse whisperer?) This picture shows Amy riding one of the horses she rescued. This horse must be a very special one, because the horse now lives with Amy's mother! Please welcome Amy when you meet her!
Louise Gorham - Dir. of Training

On the outside looking in!

Do you know why it’s important to watch the news? I think you agree when I say we watch it to be active and aware on what is going on today - for example we are hearing a lot on the government shutdown and how it will affect everyone including people with disabilities.

I know for me personally if this continues to happen I know a lot of things could be in jeopardy such as housing and so much more which I am sure you can relate to.

Honestly I don’t like watching the news but at the same time I watch it to prepare myself because you never know what’s going to happen and it's important to know what is going on in our world.
