Our Hustler spirit was loud and proud during our Catholic Schools Week pep rally!
It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our school and recognize all of our winter
and spring sports teams.
MCC MDM: Providing hope to those at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children

Melbourne Central Catholic's Mini Dance Marathon (MCC MDM) is an event put on by students for the patients at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. This event is a fundraiser to help support the hospital financially so as to aid in providing patients with lifesaving care. Read more

Outstanding Youth Volunteer
In addition to volunteering for MCC's Key Club, Alfred Annas spends a large portion of his summers assisting Dr. W. J. Creel Elementary's Summer School Program. He was recently selected as the youth volunteer of the year for Dr. W. J. Creel Elementary. Congratulations!
Congratulations Voice of Democracy winners
Congratulations to Juniors Nick Pellizzi and Delaney Goins for their second and third place finish, respectively, in the local Veterans of Foreign Wars' Voice of Democracy essay/speech contest (VFW). In last issue we announced the first place winner of this contest, which the topic this year was "What Makes America Great". Nick and Delaney wrote and recorded a 3-5 minute speech on this topic, and both earned a monetary award.

The MCC and Florida Tech Emerging Scholars Program allows qualified juniors and seniors to begin their college career while enrolled in high school. This collaboration enables MCC students to enroll at Florida Tech and earn up to 24 credit hours at no additional tuition cost. Qualified MCC students attend classes during the school day on the Florida Tech campus in collaboration with their traditional high school classes at MCC. Credits taken at Florida Tech may be used to fulfill MCC graduation requirements. Students are allowed to take up to 2 courses a semester.  Learn more

TOMORROW morning during break, there will be an Advanced Placement (AP) Forum to discuss AP courses that MCC offers and their requirements. If you are interested in finding out how you can take AP courses and how they will benefit you in the future, please come to the presentation tomorrow during break. If you have any questions about a specific class, please see the teacher listed or the Student Services Office.

Gala only one month away!

Soccer honors its seniors
MCC Soccer bids farewell to its seniors! We thank these athletes for their contributions to our soccer program.

Come out and support our girls at Hustler Stadium tonight 7 PM as they take on West Shore for the District Championship. Go get 'em Hustlers!
Victory completes Senior Night celebration
On January 27, our Lady Hustlers celebrated Senior Night with a big win over Viera, 38-18. Seniors Jessica Terry and Tahira McBride were honored for their dedication and hard work. Also, we welcomed many MCC Girls Basketball alumni and their families. Thank you Class of 2020!
