Don't forget to re-enroll

Guidance has started the course selection process for next year. Mrs. Eller and Ms. Belfatto will meet with students after families complete the re-enrollment packet so just a gentle reminder that if you have not completed this do so as soon as possible (courses fill up on a first-come, first-served basis!).

MCC MDM's 10th Anniversary

MCC Mini Dance Marathon celebrated its 10th anniversary by raising $22,148.53 (grateful for additional donations received yesterday)! It brings our total raised to $204,120 over the last decade!

On Saturday, over 75 students supported the five-hour main event. They participated in various activities such as preparing a human sundae, taping a teacher to the wall, playing dodgeball, and black light volleyball. The Morale Dance was performed each hour to keep everyone's energy and enthusiasm up. The Sutton Family generously provided dinner, including Domino's Pizza and Kona Ice. We were honored to have Sam share his miracle story and thrilled to welcome MCC MDM alums, including our first advisor Ms. Reynolds. Thank you to all our past and present supporters for helping us change children's health. Special thanks to the UCF Knight-Thon team for their assistance throughout the evening!

Tech Fest 2023

Full Sail University transformed our gym into an immersive 5-station event where students experienced AR/VR Simulations, 2D/3D Animations, Game Design, and Emerging Technologies. Also, our students had the opportunity to compete in Full Sail’s eSports tournament for high school students. It was an action-packed fun event!

AP Calculus Game Night

MCC's Mu Alpha Theta chapter sponsored "AP Calculus Game Night" Monday evening. Thirty of MCC's AP Calculus students participated in games such as Jeopardy, Math Taboo, and Kahoot! Pizza and soda were provided, and all had a great time.

Learning with Kahoot

Kahoot games helped our freshmen prepare for their test on Lord of the Flies, Chapters 1-6.

Inside Mrs. Morris' classroom

Mrs. Morris' English III students were tasked with writing short stories and presenting them to the class.

Amazing homerun!

MCC Softball is off to a strong start this season. The Lady Hustlers are 5-2, thanks largely to a powerful lineup. Check out this moonshot from freshman Keke Harris! Great work, ladies!

Off-season swim training

Mimi E. had many great swims this past weekend! She swam two new personal bests in her 100 fly and 100 back, stayed right on her best times in her 100 free, and is now ranked 17th in the state for her 50 fly. This meet was one of the most competitive age 15 & over short course state meets since Covid. Congratulations!

It's a wrap!

The Girls Basketball program celebrated all the work these players and coaches put in this year at their end-of-season banquet.

Registration now open

MCC is proud to offer a variety of youth sports camps. Each 4-day camp costs $125.
