Our Estates and Trusts Department is pleased to announce that Lindsey J. Conan has become associated with our firm as Of Counsel. Lindsey is a highly respected attorney who, in addition to her work with our firm, continues to practice independently in Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Lindsey brings a wealth of experience to our firm, with outstanding client relationships and the respect of the judiciary in southeastern Pennsylvania. Lindsey concentrates her practice in estate planning, probate, elder law, special needs planning, guardianship, will contests, Orphan’s Court matters and real estate. In addition to her private practice, Lindsey was appointed by Delaware County President Judge Kevin F. Kelly to serve as a Master in Crisis Court. In this role, she determines whether a patient's involuntary commitment should be extended beyond the initial statutory hold.
Prior to opening her own firm, she practiced with the Honorable William C. Mackrides. Lindsey is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and received her B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland. She has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Delaware County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Lindsey resides in Edgmont Township with her husband, Doug, their sons, James and Alexander, and their Welsh Terrier, Sebastien.
