Dr. Carol Ulloa, Director of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at the University of Kansas Medical Center and member of the EFMK Professional Advisory Board delves into the subject of Neurostimulation or Neuromodulation in epilepsy, including vagus nerve stimulation, responsive neurostimulation and deep brain stimulation.  

#ShareMySeizure Initiative
The Epilepsy Foundation recently premiered a series of new Seizure First Aid public service announcements (PSAs) in partnership with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The PSAs are part of the Epilepsy Foundation’s #ShareMySeizure education initiative designed to help improve the general public’s awareness about seizure recognition and first aid.
