Mardi Gras!

This year, Mardi Gras was canceled in New Orleans —but not in Brockton! Once again, the Sisters of Jesus Crucified and the Vietnamese sisters outdid themselves with their hospitality, a delicious dinner, music, entertainment and of course, the wonderful decorations. A delightful evening was had by all, in what has become a tradition for us. We can't wait to see what Sister Mary has planned for next year.

As most of our readers are aware, the Sisters of St. Joseph began in 1650 in Le Puy-en-Velay, France, with six women dedicated to serving their community. Now, 375 years later, the Sisters of St. Joseph and their partners in mission serve worldwide on six continents. We continue to live out the CSSJ charism of profound love of God and neighbor without distinction so that all may be one. You are welcome to join members of our “charism family” for our 375th Anniversary Celebration in July 2025.
