It was the first full week back to school after the start of the new year, and with it came the snow - finally! Students took part in plenty of outdoor activities, as white gave way to green, from snowy hill treks to pick-up soccer games. February Vacation Program
Grades Pre-K to 6
February 20-23 (Tuesday-Friday)
Time: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. with extended hours 8:00-9:00 a.m. and 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Fee: $70/day plus $15-$22.50 day for extended hours
 
The program will take place in the Laurie Mezzalingua ’86 Center for Early Learning. Students need to bring a lunch (with drink) and snacks will be provided. Age-appropriate activities are planned, and students will have access to the gym and playgrounds (depending on the weather). Confirmation of registration, along with details, will be emailed prior to the program.
Manlius Pebble Hill Community Conversations

MPH Campus

Continuing the conversation from the October Head of School Celebration, Head of School Jim Foley and Board President Evan Dreyfuss invite you to join them, along with members of the board executive committee, to discuss the future of our School. School leadership will share their current projects, new initiatives, and what's ahead for MPH. We hope you will add your thoughts, questions, and ideas to this important conversation.
Extended Day/After-School Childcare will be available until 6 p.m. for students in Lower and Middle School to accommodate attendees of the Manlius Pebble Hill Community Conversations event. If interested, please email Rebecca Rhody at rrhody@mphschool.org.

MPH College Program Night for the Class of 2025
Tuesday, January 30, 7:00-8:30 p.m.

The January 30 event is the start of the formal college search process for all juniors and their families. Will Cardamone will introduce you to MPH’s college search philosophy, our procedures, suggested testing plans, and deadlines.
 
In addition to Mr. Cardamone's presentation, Erin Milin, Associate Dean of Admission at Colgate University; Tracy Zappola, Associate Director of Admissions at Syracuse University; and Joe Tiesi, Associate Director of Admissions at Binghamton University, will speak about the search process from a college perspective and take questions. 
MPH ANNUAL FUND
This year, The MPH Annual Fund has a goal of 91% participation from our MPH families (285 families). With your gift, you are not only supporting students, but also investing in leading edge technology, professional development for faculty and staff, athletics and performing arts offerings, community programs, financial aid and scholarships, student clubs, and campus activities. Each week we will provide an update of where we stand on reaching our goal of $479,000. Currently 30% or 84 families have participated in the campaign for this year.
