Maxims and Truths in Supervision

Not all supervisors are great leaders. This training will help attendees develop their leadership roles by examining the range of problems that arise when supervisors fail to acknowledge and react to problems that may be a result of poor supervision. Employee Misconduct and Discipline

MNJIS Two-Day Basic Operator Training
December 6-7, 2022 | St. Paul, MN
This training combines the MNJIS One-Day Basic Operator training with additional specialized training, and is designed for full-access operators who run queries and enters records into the Minnesota and NCIC hot files.
AUDIENCE: New or experienced operators who have full-access hot file entry and query job duties. It is recommended that students have direct access exposure to Portals prior to attending the class.

MNJIS One-Day Basic Operator Training

This training will cover Criminal Justice Data Communications Network (CJDN) policies and procedures related to access to and dissemination of data. Attendees will gain an understanding of system security, file queries, Criminal History Record Information (CHRI), and the hit confirmation process. An overview of Minnesota and NCIC files will be provided.
