Dear Educator,

How do you inspire, engage and empower students to make a positive difference in the world? This question has been the driving force behind The MY HERO Project since 1995. Our answer is heroes--they remind us of our potential for good and inspire us to do our best. That’s why the award-winning www.myhero.com media resources are used in classrooms and school programs in more than 197 countries.

Our MY HERO mentors help teachers, students, and lifelong learners raise awareness, improve media literacy, build critical thinking skills, and provide positive role models for young people. The MY HERO Project resources use the power of media, art, and technology to:

★ Inspire students with the surprising diversity of heroes
★ Engage students to create positive change in their own communities
★ Empower students with multimedia storytelling tools

On Saturday, June 8 th join us and meet The MY HERO Project team to learn how you and your students can benefit from the MY HERO online media library, storytelling tools, and teacher resources.
